Arizona Yard Maintenance

Services

Everything we do —in plain English.

We’ll quote any of these on-site. The price you get is the price you pay — no surprise add-ons, no upsells.

  • Recurring Yard Maintenance

Weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly visits — gravel raked, granite cleared, beds tidied, trees checked. Same crew every time.

About two hundred Apache Junction and East Valley yards run on our recurring schedule. We mow what wants mowing, blow the decomposed-granite paths clean, edge the walks, pull weeds out of the rock before they seed, and keep an eye on the trees so nothing gets surprised by monsoon. Flat monthly billing. The number we quote after the walk-through is the number you pay.

  • Arborist Tree Work

Aaron is an arborist — palo verde thinning, mesquite shaping, palm skinning, removals, and storm prep done by someone who knows what each tree wants.

Most tree calls in Apache Junction are about wind, monsoon, and trees that were never trained right when they were young. We thin palo verde and ironwood in late spring so a July storm does not snap a limb. We shape mesquite with structure cuts, not topping. Date palms get skinned; saguaro and ocotillo we leave alone unless they need it. Removals are quoted flat after a walk. Fully insured for tree work, with workman’s comp on every climber.

  • Snowbird Yard Watch (May–Oct)

Heading north for the summer? We mind the yard, run the drip, clear monsoon debris, and email you a photo update every month.

A lot of our recurring customers leave Apache Junction, Apache Wells, Superstition Sunrise, Sunland Village East, and the surrounding 55+ communities in May and come back in October. While you’re up north we keep the yard alive: drip checks before the heat sets in, gravel and granite raked clean, fronds and pods hauled after every monsoon, a perimeter walk to spot anything starting to fail. You get a short email with photos once a month so you know exactly what the yard looks like, no app to log into. Flat seasonal rate billed monthly.

  • Fence Construction & Repair

Block walls patched, wood posts reset, view fence and chain link — built to handle desert sun, monsoon wind, and javelina.

Block-wall repairs and stucco patches, wood-post resets in concrete, chain-link, view-fence, and the tubular metal fencing the HOAs in Gold Canyon and Queen Creek prefer. We dig deeper than code on corner posts because monsoon wind in the foothills will find a shallow post within two seasons. Quoted flat by the linear foot after a walk.

  • Yard Cleanup & Monsoon Recovery

Knee-high weeds, abandoned-rental resets, and the morning after a monsoon — we clear it, haul it, and hand the yard back tidy.

Empty rentals, inherited properties, snowbird returns where the yard ran wild, and the day after a haboob — we show up with a trailer and clear it out. Branches, fronds, gravel washed into the driveway, dead saguaro arms, the patio furniture that ended up two yards over. Flat-priced after a walk-through. Most jobs land between two hundred and nine hundred.

  • Drip & Irrigation Repair

The drip line that stopped working, the chewed emitter under the gravel, the controller nobody understands — we sort it.

Most foothill yards run on drip emitters, and most of them have at least one chewed line under the granite. We trace, repair, replace heads, reprogram controllers for AZ summer schedules (deeper, less often, before sunrise), and confirm every plant is getting what it actually needs. We are not an irrigation-only outfit; we fix what we find while we are on the property.

  • Gravel & Decomposed Granite Refresh

Faded front yards brought back: pull the weeds, lay fresh fabric where it helps, top-dress with the granite or rock you pick.

The granite in most foothill front yards is mixed with weed seed and ten years of dust. We pull what is past saving, lay fresh weed fabric where it actually helps (and skip it where it does not), top-dress with the color you pick, and rake it flat. Existing plants stay in the ground; we work around them.

For the back-yard Bermuda or rye patch — sharp blades, edged borders, walks blown clean every visit.

Clean, deliberate edges along granite borders, walks, and drives — and string-trimmed around fences, posts, and saguaro skirts.

Most weekly customers add cleanups, mulch, and the odd hardscape job — there’s usually a flat-rate way to handle that.
